Silicon breastplates are expensive as hell and I've seen the fluffy-bust tutorial but I don't find it convincing. If it's a costume that completely covers the chest I could do the 2-bras + padding method but that's a lot of discomfort and effort and I'm still going to be the small-breasted Cammy at the convention.

I admit though that the technology is there and I'm being whiny. That's why it's a secret.

Serious question though: I feel for you ladies who have the reverse problem, but who are the flat chested characters you're thinking of? Because whenever I've tried looking up flat characters I usually just find characters who are underage and japanese.

I was majorly into anime and manga when I cosplayed. I mean, I think I would have been fine if I'd wanted to cosplay as a flat chested girl...but I usually wanted to dress up as one of the dudes. My big boobs killed that dream.

(As for characters to cosplay as, what shows/games/books are you really into?)

As just a minor note, since boobs are far most of the people with Cammy's bodytype are padding like whoa or implants.

She uses THREE bras and padding to get that. She has no tits IRL.

Again, LOTS of padding. Especially because spandex is... well, like Spanx and flattens the hell out of real boobs.

And even if you are the small boobed Cammy at a convention? I promise you there will be two or three Guy Cammys, 20 Plus Sized Cammys, 20 skin and bones Cammys, a few toddler in onesie Cammys, and 50 Cammys who looked like they woke up, rolled around in hot glue and sewing room leavings, shoved a wig on, and headed out. And they'll ALL be having fun and doing what they love.
