Anyone who ends a sentence with 'just my opinion'. It's usually older women, I notice, as if they were always shouted down in their youth and have to reassure us that they're not trying to start a fight. It's okay. Go ahead and stand for something.

And people who see a dissenting opinion as an attack.

I've been getting equally frustrated at people who expect me to see a dissenting opinion as an attack. I know one person especially who tends to talk in this kind of wary, placating tone when he disagrees with me on something. I don't know what he's afraid I'm going to do. I have no problem with people disagreeing with me.
