I think equal but in different ways.

irl I'm WAY more likely to actively do nice things (give away money, by people food, give people free shit), and I'm very patient when dealing with people/problems to the point where I'm kind of the go-to nice chill guy at work. But on the other hand people tend to find me very serious/intimidating/threatening so when there is some sort of confrontation I think I tend to come across as very harsh and probably more scary than whatever situation calls for.

online I'm much more blunt and aggressive,and much less likely to go out of my way to help people. But I'm also much more willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, and online I tend to default to thinking good things about people where as irl I'm very cynical about them.
