Lima beans might be edible under some good sauce. I find a lot of veg I don't like are acceptable in sauce. Nothing can save eggplant though, IMO, so if that's lima beans for you, then I understand that.

Kinda yeah. Basically it's a combination of the taste and texture that makes them trip up my gag reflex.
