this is a very good advices!
May be you should order a couple of nice artistic banners or illustrations for some juicy moments of the story and post them in your blog(s) to make ppl interested?
Also (as one of my pal who's published dozens of novels on Amazon) may be you should write *I give free copies for a honest review* - this works, I've seen people even write such honest reviews on the Good Reads etc.
Also - if you are sure your book is good written may be you should rise the price! What if readers who doesn't know you from fandom are thinking low price could mean low quality??
