He procrastinated on figuring out the egg secret to the Second Task of the Triwizard Tournament and at getting Slughorn's Horcrux memory.

I generally disagree with most people in this thread though. I love Harry.

Same, really. As to those instances of procrastination, somehow they make him more relatable to me, a chronic procrastinator.

I love Harry, too, and found him a very relatable character. Honestly, I don't know if I would have continued reading if it wasn't for him.
