I would think you can be reuinted with someone without being married to them again. The marriage is ended by death, yeah? "Till Death Do us Part" and all that.

OTOH, I think it could potentially be awkward. "Hey, honey, you're with me now... oh, uh, you remarried... cool..."

I mean, I think if I were this potential dead person I would have had quite some times to come to terms with it and understand, unless you were that hardline about marriage being an eternal bond.
And really, would romantic relationships the way we think of them (living together, having sex, being married) need to exist in heaven at all?

(Also if we are going by my original logic of till death do us part once you get to heaven you aren't married to your second spouse either anyway.)
