Squee about your newest pairing (or any pairing you love)

The same thing seems to get me every time, no matter the fandom. Strong, long-standing bonds with complicated relationships. Steve/Bucky. James/Sirius. Melkor/Sauron. Spike/Angel/Dru/Darla (or any of the pairings). Gets me every time. Rewatching Buffy has made me want to read all the Fanged Four fics.

I don't really have any new pairings, though after Doctor Strange I'm considering shipping Mordo/Ancient One, Kacillius/Ancient One, or Strange/Ancient One. Not sure which one I'm most into yet, but all three intrigue me. Also possibly Strange/Mordo.

I'm just amused that there's a tag on AO3 for Doctor Strange/Cape of Levitation. Gonna ship that hardcore.

Oh, wow. On the one hand, not sure how that would be physically possible. On the other hand...sign me up.

All of the gay couples on the British soaps that I've been watching on YT. How did I not discover this goldmine earlier? They are so cute with addictive drama/hurt/comfort storylines, I can't stop watching.

I rediscovered Leverage a few weeks ago and my obsession hasn't quite faded yet. I love Parker and Hardison so much. They are adorable both before and after they officially get together. Of course Parker is always adorable no matter who she's with.

I love Parker & Hardison's relationship. One of my favorite things is to rewatch episodes and watch the way Hardison looks at her when she's not paying attention.

I'll need to pay more attention to that on my next rewatch.

Started watching Grimm. I totally ship Nick with his boss (whose name I can't remember).

I really enjoyed the first couple of seasons of Grimm, although I fell off somewhere along the way. I shipped the hell out of Nick/Monroe (the big tall werewolf dude). Nick is shippable with pretty much everyone, he's very pretty :P

Yeah, I ship him with Monroe too but right now I am really into him with Renard. I will end up reading all the fic soon. :3

I didn't really ship anything on Grimm bar liking Nick/Juliett as far as canon went but if I had a non-canon ship for him it'd be with his detective partner Hank. Though Renard is also a good choice.

I started shipping Fingon/Maedhros in fucking 2004 but every two years or so I start wallowing in it again for no good goddamn reason. You've caught me in one such period. Right now I'm stuck reading the same fanfic over and over despite the fact that it doesn't really mesh with my vision of the characters at all. You'd think more time in the fandom would make me more elitist but I seem to become more permissive as the years go by.

I need to find some good Fingon/Maedhros fics. I love them too and I've been feeling the urge to read fics with them lately.

Rebels:
Obi-wan/Maul, Kanan/Ezra, Kanan/Rex, Kanan/Ezra/Zeb, Kanan/Fenn Rau, Kallus/Zeb

I've recently gotten interested in Obi-wan/Jango, Thrawn/Gilad, and Thrawn/Luke too.

I approve of all of these.
.... It may totally blow my anon-ness, but I'm working on a Kanan/Ezra/Zeb fic right now.

I'm doing that, too! Thanks to whomever posted it (I'm too lazy to check the name rn), I'm really enjoying it so far. I seriously need more fic like this in my life.

I wish I had a new active pairing. Right now I ship Hotch/Reid (from Criminal Minds), but the actor who played Hotch got fired and I've got a weird feeling the actor who plays Reid is trying to inch his way out the door as well. Not that it had been particularly active before, but at least there was hope. I also ship 00Q and while the fandom seems to be ok with the fact that Bond ran off with his latest conquest, there hasn't been any word about the next film at all. On occasion I still read Johnlock and that's sort of what I'm clinging to now. Right now only the diehards are truly active in Sherlock fandom, but when the new eps arrive, hopefully so will a few months of fun.

I've been rediscovering a dumb soap ship I that I adore and I'm actually surprised to find that it has fanfic, I wasn't expecting that. Mostly I've just been looking for gifs/videos about them.

I had a soap ship for a while. On the Bold and the Beautiful, which happened to air in the Philippines when I was growing up. I stopped watching as soon as my ship broke up, though, and never picked it back up. Never found any fics for it either.

I was rewatching Transformers Armada and realized...oops, I ship Hot Shot/Wheeljack big time. I mean, I knew I already shipped Blurr/Sideswipe. I didn't expect how hard I ship Hot Shot/Wheeljack though.

Also why do all my Ace Attorney OTPs end up not working out unless it's lesbian pairings with Franziska von Karma?

(Not to mention I have so much bad luck with shipping in my live action fandoms. x.x All my ships in NCIS are unloved or broken up.)

Melissa/Stilinski on Teen Wolf. If all goes well I'll be posting my first fic about them tomorrow.

I am pretty sure I would love to see Avengers Assemble Steve and Tony in a trio with MCU Doctor Strange, but I somehow doubt anyone's going to be writing that!
