I think I'm going to bite the bullet and ask for an immersion blender for Christmas. They just seem so useful.

I don't have a blender at all! My kitchen is tiny and I have nowhere near the kind of counter space I'd need for one.

That sounds really delicious but it looks so much like hummus I don't know if I could do it (as someone who hates hummus)
I've had my immersion blender for 6 years and it's definitely the most useful "appliance" I own. It's much less hassle than a blender or a bullet. so much easier to clean. Get one!!!
