Yum! What kind of cheese?

I hit a craft sale yesterday and bought a bunch of beads just because they were cheap and pretty. I don't bead or make jewelry, so I probably won't use 3/4 of them, but they made me very happy.

You know I forgot because I bought it at a market so there's no name on the packaging. It's Dutch "brokkelkaas", basically cheese that is old and rather hard, that ripened for a long time, often over a year.
