Target has nice 10 quart metal trashcans that you open with a foot pedal. The ones made by SimpleHuman are pricey ($29.99) but I'm pretty sure there are knockoffs of nearly the same quality.

I think those should work. I imagine Wiley would have a hard time pressing that hard enough to open it while getting into it. Thanks.
