You can absolutely answer those questions non-sarcastically. nonny below handled the "why work here" thing, but for your worst quality...

Employers are trying to figure out how to use you effectively in the company. If your worst quality is that you suck at group work, they want to know because either you'll be a poor fit or they'll have solo work you might excel at. Someone who's a perfectionist might say that they tend to be slow at tasks because they're trying to do it right, and I would take that and assign them to a position that has lots of detail work where it won't matter if they're a little slow.
