I don't think it's "unnecessary garbage" per se but please try not to go into threads marked for venting and attack people personally with things you assume about their situation? If it were someone asking for advice and you meant it as tough advice, yeah, maybe, but it wasn't.

Mostly because there was no way for me to know anon's intent and if I'd left it open they might reply again with more of the same.

Since they've since clarified I've unfrozen it again.

I didn't think I assumed anything with the first comment, as I was just saying that saying a list was asked for and considered helpful according to the comment, but then getting "pissed off" at having "overreacting" being on there could be seen as overreacting. Which is why I didn't think that comment was bad, as it was just going off the lines in the comment. But I can see your point about it being in a venting thread, and I'll continue to ignore as I usually do. And try to think more about context in the future. Thanks for the reaponse.

I'd be willing to post the apology for overreacting with the second comment, as I really did overreact due to a lot of shitty things going on right now, and if I could have deleted it while being anon, I would have. But I'm also okay with this serving as a basic apology for overreacting and posting the second comment if you don't want to open it up for that. I will abide by your judgment on it as you are generally good with that. Again, thanks for the response.

I posted the apology. I feel really bad that I snapped. As I have now apologized, I don't know if you want to freeze that second comment, as that one really was over the line. I am okay with whatever you decide, as I trust your judgment. Thanks for letting me post the apology, and again, sorry for snapping! I really should know by now to take a break when someone says something like fuck off to me inseam of snapping back. I will try to be better in the future.
