I don't have much patience for this stuff either, because even if you're so anxious and apathetic that you cannot bring yourself to call the taxi company and ask how it's done, you can Google almost anything. Ignorance is excusable, but when people willfully refuse to do five minutes' research to rectify their own ignorance, that's a disgrace.
