Jade/Nephry in Tales of the Abyss. They're estranged siblings, which may explain why there's not much of it out there, lmao. (Then again, Van/Tear is reasonably popular...) Idk, it's hard to explain without going on a dissertation-level meta rant as to why I love it so much, but it really just works for me.

I wouldn't say it's looked down on so much as it's something that hardly anyone's considered. Nephry's a really minor character, and I'm the first to admit that I'm crazy-attached to her.
