I don't think you're obliged to credit her, fwiw, but if you do feel that the idea belongs to her, then I'd just stick a brief author's note in saying 'the idea for this pic grew out of a conversation with [x].' That's just polite, and doesn't have any of the social implications of a dedication or making it a gift.
