What field are you going into? If it's not a math-y area, I don't think doing poorly on the math section is necessarily going to sink you or anything.

What are some grad school areas that are less math-heavy?

Humanities, probably? Even in the social sciences they expect quant skills because you probably had to take at least a stat course or two for your major.
