Re: Politics and friendship?

I do not think I'd be able to keep a sincere friendship with people who are openly bigoted, but other than that I'm alright with tolerating opposing views. I can be friends with someone who is, like, economically conservative, though if the topic comes up I'll certainly explain why I think that's wrong. Most people don't mean badly. I used to be conservative and then libertarian and those things change. I'm not a bad person because I once held those views.

I can also be friends with people of differing religious/philosophical views as long as they are respectful of mine.
