I have what I think of as anxiety dreams more than straight up nightmares. Dreams where I fucked up college so much that I got sent back to high school (and lately they've added an extra level of stress where I realize it's a dream and blow off classes but then start worrying that I'm wrong and it's not a dream after all) or dreams where my friends secretly hate me.
