Vocational rehabilitation. Look up the office closest to you. Call them as soon as possible and explain your situation.

The one closest to me is helping me find a job (I'm on the Autism spectrum and can't drive), and said they will help with transportation, getting me back in college or with job training, and if I need uniforms for work.
