This is my favorites Pokémon story to date, and she was a big part of it.

In related news, I finished the pokedex yesterday. Just wanted to brag about it to someone.

I finished my Alolan one! I got the shiny charm and then hunted down a shiny eevee.

Yeah, it's the Alolan 'dex that I completed. The nationaldex will have to wait until they give us one (I've got a living 'dex in Y, so I can just dump the whole mess in there and complete the pokedex in one movement once we can do that)

Who gives you the shiny charm?

Yeah apparently they are supposed to update pokemon bank in January and that's how you get a national dex? It's so weird to not have one in game.

The shiny charm is from a guy in a building that is right next to the Dimensional Research lab, you'll be able to tell you're in the right room when people are talking about working on the game. You can also get a charm that helps hatch eggs.

You get shiny charm for finish aloan Dex? Not every Pokemon ever?

Yep all you need is the Alolan Dex and to go to the building where all the game freak people are. I already have the shiny charm and there is no dex for all the pokemon yet since it's supposedly attached to a bank update coming in January.

yay! pokemon has been feeling like a very long game of catch up lately. Just can't get everything...
