Obviously it's not an ADVANTAGE to be older, but you'd be surprised how many people are able to get into these things later in life. Takes a lot of ambition and some luck, but you could do it. Well, I don't know about working for Conan, but at least you can still get into the field. Then again, I don't know why anyone would want to work for Conan, he's terrible.
