i don't know about more fun, but i do know i traded my level 94 Incineroar for that one that looks like origami. that hurt. and i accidentally lost my lucky egg during a GTS trade, so it'll be a pain in the ass trying to get my new Incineroar back up to that level.

While I agree that pulling it from lj is kind of a crappy thing to do, providing some for free and then having to buy the rest is kind of ... a pretty normal marketing tactic. If it was a fanfic that then had its serial numbers filed off, I'd be more sympathetic, but what did you expect her to do with an original work?
