The closest I've ever come to getting the twin/sibling thing is shapeshifters. Two shapeshifters who take the same shape? Okay, that would be hot. And also, there is one particular character who is arrogant enough that he would totally be into himself if he had a double. So that I can get. But mentally, if I knew they were siblings, I couldn't be into it so I can't understand how anyone else would. But then again, I don't even like incest as a kink except in a very unhealthy sense where everyone is miserable or awful (and there are no explicit sex scenes).

Agree on feet, bathroom things, baby play, and bestiality (except alien sorts of situations where everyone involved is sentient and maybe looks a little like some specific animal, but no animagi, they have to be relatively humanoid).
