I actually like the Return of the King ending. And say what you will about the problems with BOFA, but the ending was great (especially the extended one with Thorin's funeral) One of my favorite endings is the Return of the Jedi special edition ending. Seeing all the different planets celebrating and some great music. Babylon 5 has two great ending episodes (the one in season 4 and the one in season 5). I have issues with some of Buffy season 7, but Chosen is great. Rogue One's ending was perfect.

Can't think of too many bad ones right now.

The Next Generation ending is kind of meh, IMHO. I liked the Voyager and DS9 endings, but Next Gen's one wasn't great.

Stargate: SG! just kind of ended. It took a movie to actually finish the storyline.

I liked the Stargate Sg1 television ending because for certain stories I really like an ending where they imply the adventure will continue on as it did before, and SG1 is definitely one of those.

Granted they did need to resolve some things which the movie was nice for.

IMHO Babylon 5 has one of the best series endings ever.
