In college, the girl in the dorm room next door would turn her stereo on, leave her door open and leave her room for hours. She wasn't just stepping out to go to the bathroom, she was literally in the common room the next floor down, watching TV. If I'd been a braver person back then, I would've stolen her stereo and thrown it in the dumpster.

There was one girl in a dorm next to mine that would leave without turning her alarm off. That thing would go off for hhhooouuursssss.

My first three years I had the neighbor who would have guys over and you could hear them screaming and jumping around and slamming into the wall even during quiet hours. Started bitching loudly to whoever would listen to her after a bunch of us called the RA on her.

Fourth year, had to deal with "the shitty neighbor I shared a bathroom with who wouldn't unlock my side after her showers and shits, to the point where I had to specially request the bathroom key from the RA in case I was locked out of the bathroom by that bitch.

How oblivious did she seem? Because that sounds like a deliberate effort to me, unless she really was just that dense.

I don't know. She was generally kind of oblivious to the fact that she's sharing a living space with a dozen other people in close proximity and it wasn't just her, queen of the universe, living on her own.
