This is probably more likely in a rural area but my neighbors have no sense of "please keep your large dog in your yard".

Though my ex-neighbor, he takes the cake. Shooting his gun across OUR property without our permission, or blatantly when we were outside. Kept trying to defraud about things happening across people's property lines. Kept trying to steal my packages when the mail would arrive at the community mailbox (thank fuck that the mailman was smart enough to tell him "I'd rather drive it down and make sure it gets to her"). Would throw his trash in our yard. Tried to steal from our garden. The aforementioned issues with large dogs, only his tended to be vicious because he clearly was abusing them and neglecting them and that tends to make dogs vicious assholes.
