Granted, I'm not a very good judge of these things, but I was actually impressed by how well done it was and actually spent time trying to figure out where they found an actor who looked so much like RDJ. But I've only seen it once, so maybe it won't hold up on rewatch.

They did a shit job with arnie in the newer Terminators, but this one was really well done, I thought.

I skipped out on new Terminator because honestly, Terminator 2 will always be 'my' Terminator and I don't really care for the others I've seen, was it worth checking out?

Entertaining, but nothing reaching the epicness of T2.

If you want to be not bored for a couple of hours you could do worse, but if you want anything resembling a worthy successor to T2, you have to wait until 2019 when Cameron get's the rights back.

I might skip out on it then. I'm not a super big action movie fan outside of MCU and DCEU, I just have a soft spot for the Arnie and Stallone movies I grew up on.

cameron himself loved it and so did arnie, i'd say give it a shot.
