I couldn't stand her and Ten in Tooth and Claw when they didn't seem to be taking the situation seriously. Especially Rose when she seemed to care more about getting Queen Victoria to say she wasn't amused than about people dying.

I guess it didn't bother me as much since I don't really remember it, but I also think I only saw that one once.

As I remember it, there's a difference between being excited about a dangerous thing (which the Doctor is, frequently), and being openly giddy about it after people have died, to the extent that someone has to tell you to shut up.
