Dude, Those were real people. Actual humans I reduced to shame filled, incestuous cannibal, tortured fuckmeat. I mean, a fantasy, yeah, but of actual human people in the real world.

As above: if that remains a thing you enjoy in fantasy but not in reality, then that's all it is. If it's not... yeah, maybe then you have something to worry about.

I dunno man. I mean I agree, but the fact that it's a real family (a family of fucking hotties, I should say, but a real family nonetheless) feels like a Fantasy/reality line may have been crossed.

And for the record, no, it's still purely fantasy.

IMO it's far less healthy to try to punish ourselves for things we enjoy in a fantasy context than it is to accept that it's something you like as a fantasy and leave it at that. I mean... being real the "problematic" things people enjoy in their headspace are usually far, far removed from the real life version of that same thing. Fantasy rape isn't reality rape... fantasy guro isn't remotely similar to someone being injured or tortured in reality... etc.

It's not really a big deal unless someone starts to conflate fantasy and reality. It's similar to the argument about video game violence inspiring real life violence: unless someone is already too disturbed to be able to tell the difference, they're not really linked.

There are a surprising number of kinks I see in Western porn that I rarely or never see in Japanese porn. Maybe they're just rarely translated? (For instance, there are a lot of Western artists who do the same stuff Horihone Saizou does, but whenever I see Saizou in an anthology of Japanese works, no one else in the anthology is doing anything like what he does.)

Yeah, this is absolutely true of everything having to do with traditional person on person sex.

But there is a fair bit of crossover for the rarer kinds of porn where Japan's interests tend to meet Western ones more or less equally; mostly when it involves paraphilias. For example, if something comes up and it's a subgenre of latex kink (balloon popping, condom popping, etc) then I usually get asked how to categorize it and which tags to use lol
