Tarsem Singh movies usually have amazing costumes and visuals. Even if the movies suck.

The Cell is awful but has some great outfits. I enjoy The Fall way more and the costuming in that is also amazing.

Pretty sure The Cell was another Eiko Ishioka-designed movie.
