A really horrible murder took place just a stone's throw from my old home this summer, and just at the end of the year, the evil pieces of shit who did it tried to kill themselves, leaving a note blaming everyone but themselves.

Just for extra horror, the evil hag who got her scumbag boyfriend to carry out her fantasy of raping and murdering her fourteen year old foster daughter (while she watched), and who lied to police to collect the girl's social security checks while she was "missing," used to be a child welfare worker.

Live burial is too good for these two.

... I am absolutely terrified for the kids who she might have allowed to be abused, on top of feeling awful for the foster daughter.

Yes, it makes you wonder how she did her job. But maybe she was a good actor and could compartmentalize, like Ted Bundy volunteering on a suicide hotline.

Apparently, before taking up with this Sullivan guy, she was married for five or six years to a child molester. I wonder if she liked to watch.

They planned the murder for months.

Links or it didn't happen.

Jesus fuck. "abuse of a corpse"

and they were found by a woman who lived with them. where was this woman when all the shit was going on?

this entire thing is fucking disturbing as hell

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 12:35 am (UTC)(link)
...I think "abuse of a corpse" is because of the cat litter and then the dismemberment. Not... sexual abuse of a corpse.

It looks like they killed her, and then moved to an entirely different city. So the "woman who lived with them" was later in the timeline.

But, yes. "I'm sorry for what I did," he said. "It was wrong." YA THINK???

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 12:36 am (UTC)(link)
Ah, missed the moving to a different city bit.

Yeah, I assumed it was re: cat litter but still what the fuck. These people are fucked in the head.

He was in a polyamorous relationship with this woman and Sarah Packer and, apparently, other women as well. He addressed his whining, self-pitying suicide note to them--and here I was thinking "my babies" meant his kids.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 12:32 am (UTC)(link)
As if something like that is so impossible? I regret to say it's not:

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/sara-packer-pennsylvania-mom-charged-in-teen-grace-packers-rape-murder-fantasy-death-was-child-welfare-worker/

This story has been all over the news.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 12:26 am (UTC)(link)
I heard about this one. The mother was Sara and the daughter was Grace, but I forgot the surname.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 12:40 am (UTC)(link)
Fucking hell. I saw a headline about this elsewhere, but hadn't yet read the article.

Horrifying. Utterly horrifying. That poor child.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 01:14 am (UTC)(link)
It's sick. Even sicker when you realize that woman was supposed to be a child advocate. It's like imagining a rape crisis center staffed by the likes of Gary Ridgeway and Ted Bundy.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 01:24 am (UTC)(link)
Wow, there's an image to give you nightmares. *Shudders*

But yeah, the child advocate thing...either this woman hid her sadistic personality very well at her job, or the people who hired her did a shit job of paying attention.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 01:37 am (UTC)(link)
Maybe both: maybe she hid her evil most of the time, and let it out when the higher-ups were looking the other way.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 02:38 am (UTC)(link)
Bundy actually did volunteer at a crisis hotline. One of his fellow volunteers was Anne Rule, who later wrote a famous true crime book, The Stranger Beside Me.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 03:25 am (UTC)(link)
Right up there with Anne Perry murdering her mom and going on to be a murder-mystery writer.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 09:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Small nitpick: Anne Perry didn't murder her mother. She and her best friend conspired to murder her best friend's mother.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parker%E2%80%93Hulme_murder_case

A horrible case, but I'm going to say that Bundy is much, much worse, seeing as how 1) he was an adult when he committed his crimes and 2) he was a serial killer with a 30+ bodycount, that we know of, and that doesn't include sexual assaults where the victim survived.

I read about this earlier today. My only question is what happened to the girl's brother? The article I read stated that the woman adopted the girl and her brother and that, when they moved to another city, the two were supposed to be enrolled in another school there. The girl ended up being dead but what about the brother? Is he alive? Did he know what happened to his sister?

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 03:38 am (UTC)(link)
The brother is with Sarah Packer's parents...wonder what kind of people they are? And let's hope he only knows that his sister is dead and that he doesn't find out the worst of the details until he's older. He's only 12. There was an older sister as well; they were all taken away from the birth mother because she was deemed "mentally incompetent" to raise her children, and handed over to this...thing.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 03:42 am (UTC)(link)
Dang. This story just gets sadder and sadder :/.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 03:55 am (UTC)(link)
i'm sure her parents aren't any better. people like sarah packer don't become monsters for no reason.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-12 03:13 am (UTC)(link)
Ugh, I read about that one in the paper. I don't understand what the fuck is wrong with people sometimes. I'm not gonna say I've never had an evil thought before in my life but holy jumping fucking shitballs there are so many opportunities to stop before you actually hurt someone.

(Anonymous) 2017-01-13 12:07 am (UTC)(link)
OMG I just read about this 2 days ago!
