Re: Is there a pattern to how you ship?

I have a thing for both parties having tense jobs, like doctors and military people (the in combat kind, not mechanic/radio operator for example). They might have contrasting personalities but mostly what I like is when they're both skilled in completely different fields (for example I like that Q is the MI6's master haxxxor but James Bond doesn't care about cyberspying at all, and in return Q probably would be just average in a field mission). They also have to appreciate each other in canon, and it ranges from deep friendship/comradeship to simply acknowledging that the other is a pretty cool person in their own particular way.

Hmm. So it kind of sounds like...they're able to complement each other's skills, since their expertise doesn't overlap, or they're able to respect one another as only fellow experts/professionals can.
