The only time I think I can really go for the boss/employee setup is if the employee is close in age to the boss and has a built-in history/friendship with them. Otherwise, given the boss/leader on the shows I watch also tends to have a paternal/maternal relationship with their younger employees, I just can't bring myself to ship characters in that context.

No incest, rape, non-con stuff, either.

Think that's about it. I have no problem with exploring the issues that come with such relationships in fiction, mind, I just can't actively ship any of those kinds of relationships.
