Well, given the enduring popularity of the kind of narrative you're describing here, you don't seem to be alone in that.

I don't know, I mean, you do you. The prominence of that narrative bugs me a bit because it's such an inextricably toxic one. I'm sure that people will yell at me for saying that and claim that I'm trying to police what people ship and all that stuff but fuck it, it does bother me a bit.

I actually did something similar on inauguration day (though unintentionally). I hooked up my PS2 which still had FF7 in it, and my save was also right before the end. I rode my golden chocobo to costa del sol after zipping around in the submarine and cleaned while listening to the music.

I like what you did better, though.
