I am also not cool with all the Nazi Germany/Hitler comparisons, mostly because at this point it is such a cliche. Let historians and academics make informed similarities about Trump and Hitler if you want, but until Trump is literally gassing big groups of people and stuffing them into concentration camps, let's not be idiots with our rhetoric.

On the other hand, white supremacists who use the swastika can fairly be called Neo-Nazis. And Neo-Nazi, of course, is distinguished from Nazi, if we're going to cut hairs.
