So socially liberal that I have to actively keep my mouth shut in my small town. I don't really have as much of a foundation as I should on fiscal matters, but I try to pay attention when people talk about them.

Interestingly, I used to be fairly libertarian, but the more I learn about economic politics, the more I think that economic leftism is pretty essential to social justice.

Also, sorry about your small town and having to keep your mouth shut. That would drive me crazy :(
