Simon/Jace on Shadowhunters. Then again, that fandom is more determined that most to ship all the guys together (except Alec and Magnus).

I don't see Simon/Jace at all. Simon/Raphael on the other hand, yes please. Actually though, the most obvious ship (apart from Alec/Magnus) is, or should be, Clary/Isabelle. They have been super shippy this season especially.

Yeah, some of the support for Simon/Jace are on the same crazytrain levels of analyzing that Destiel fans participate in.

Not being snarky I genuinely don't know since I don't go looking for it, I see Simon/Raphael as a side pairing the most tbh.

It is popular among a couple of the blogs I follow. Not sure about AO3 and such.

A quick poke at AO3 gives Simon/Jace with 336 fics and Simon/Raphael with 1283.

So they don't have as much fic but that doesn't discount fan-interest in other ways. Regardless it's not a ship I would gravitate towards since they're both interested in Clary and don't seem to like each other much, but fandoms gonna ship so I'm not surprised that it's got fans in some measure.
