Same, it's very common.

I used to have those dreams all the time when I was younger, but I haven't had one in years now. I wonder what made them stop.

Ggh, those are the worst, I hate them. Worse, I've psyched myself out about them so much that even in my dream, I start thinking "This is a dream, right?" and then talk myself out of it because if I was dreaming, why would I be thinking it? So the dreams get ultra-realistic, and hhhhhh
