Don't worry, OP. Lance ships himself and Allura, too!

Yeah he seems uber straight to me, I don't get Klance.

OTOH Shiro and Keith, now...that I can go for. The moments they've had seem super sweet and no-toxic. OTOH a big age difference (which I don't see mentioned in canon?) would make it much less cool. They seemed to know each other from the academy so I'm assuming they're within two years of each other or something close to that.

But then we have Keith saying "you're like a brother to me"...

But Keith and Lance don't seem to really share any moments? I guess people find them attractive together or play up the obsessive rivals aspect? (That's all in Lance's head though, isn't it?)

When has that ever sunk a ship? Hell, there are pairings that became canon after the characters had said at one point that they were like siblings.
