Okay admittedly I haven't been to grad school, but I am assuming this is the first time you've failed something. The first time I failed something I was in undergrad, and I had a similar reaction. Here are my answers for you based off of that, if anything works differently in grad then it may be faulty:

Yes it will be on your transcript but most people won't care. If you retake the class and pass it though (like, if its a mandatory class) that will be reflected on your transcript. You can continue to get scholarships. Your GPA is probably not ruined. If you are doing fine in the rest of your classes, one failure is completely recoverable and won't effect your other academics. Talk to a guidance counselor if you're worried. You can also talk to the professor if you think they would be willing to help. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

I failed a class or two in undergrad, but that was before I was trying to have a career in academia and now I wonder if everything is ruined or not
