What it says. Still sticking with those resolutions?

Yes

My January goal was to get 5,000 steps per day twice a week, take a walk once a week and go to the gym once a week. Made it, with some bonus weight training.

My February goal is to get 5,000 steps 3 times a week, take a walk once a week (adding a quarter mile, bringing my total to 1.5), and go to the gym twice a week and continue strength training twice a week. The 5,000 steps typically handle themselves on days I go to the gym or take walks.

But, as far as weights go, I've been using this 12-minute beginner arm video from HASfit:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tE2aj192kc&t=627s

The first time I did it, I felt fine that day and my arms hurt the next day. The second time, my arms felt fine the next day but I had some neck pain, which seems odd. I do feel it more at my neck and shoulders during a couple of the exercises, and I wonder if I'm not quite doing them right? Particularly the one that has your back at 45-degree angle with "the weight back in your hips," which is another thing I'm not good at recognizing or something? Like, I can tell when I'm leaning forward, but when I lean backward I feel it more in my knees than my hips.

Or it could be that my weights are too heavy, but they're only 5-pounders.

I never made those resolutions, but I did gain weight last year because I ate at odd hours (evening shift) and was depressed - but ugh, i want to lose weight/get fitter again but I'm just so demoralized.

Also,I tied walking more again, which resulted in damaging tendon.

No. :( And I lost my fitbit. At least when I had that I could console myself with my step count (which was generally 10-14k a day) but now I've got nothing.

I need a concrete goal to work towards, like a hike I'm training for or something, but I've got none in the works at the moment so it's hard to motivate myself.

Yep. I didn't feel like it today but I still managed to do some leg work (even the 30 pound pushing....mechanism) wasn't too tiring today after my mile walk.

I should do the leg work first and then do my 1.5 mile route on Friday.

I didn't make any resolutions. I'm letting myself do what I have to right now because I have to focus on bar studying. I'll be dieting after, but right now I can't deal with it.

I didn't really have resolutions, but have been sticking with the healthier lifestyle goals I started up last summer. Quit smoking, I hardly ever drank before and now not at all, I have water whenever I'm thirsty, and I have scheduled fruit breaks twice in the morning and once in the afternoon. I'm getting my full five a day of fruit and veg for the first time in my life. I walk more, even when it's raining. I bought a trolley to cart stuff so I can't use carrying shopping or the post as an excuse to drive. I put a stone back on when I got injured a few months ago but it's coming off now that I'm almost healed. I'm ready to get my bike out of the shed once it dries up a bit, since I worry about my bike getting rusted riding it through the rain.

Trying to manage my blood sugars better--and it seems I'm doing okay. My last A1C was down to 8--doc would like it under 7--but given it was over 13 six months ago.... I've also been trying to not buy as much junk food--it's a matter of stopping and thinking about it before I buy it. I'm not always successful--but I am eating less than I was last month.

Hehe, I tried, though I do tend to slip every now and then.

I am trying to get back into yoga, which is something at least. I definitely want to get back into lifting weights because my muscle mass is shit right now.

I hate resolutions, but I've been trying to get back into doing yoga on a regular basis, just to stretch things out/stay a little active/maybe even build some mild muscle.

Still going to yoga! I'm starting to get attagirls from the instructors for making it to February. XD

Also still making my lunch at least three days a week. I got out of that the last couple years because work shenanigans and family drama made me want comfort food all the time, but if I'm going to do yoga, I should at least try not to self sabotage I guess? And I do have all these cute bento boxes lying around from when I packed my lunch more often... My lunches are so cute!

Somehow I've knocked an inch off my waist, when it was on the smaller side to begin with. Did doing mild stretches, eating a little healthier, and halving my soda intake do that much??
