Oh honey, if I could buy you an order of chicken wings from my local Chinese place I would do it in a second, because they do them. So. Very. RIGHT. I suspect they brine their wings then air dry them and dredge them in cornstarch before battering them, but dayyyyyyyyaaaaammmmm, they are moist and juicy inside with crispy perfection skin outside, slightly seasoned and with two different sauces for dipping (a sweet and sour sauce and a spicy chili sauce). No lie, I have walked several blocks in the pouring rain for a double takeout order of those wings!
