Had to check that as kept hearing Miłosz for past week but you are right, it is Mieczysław which means 'Famed for Sword (battles?)' and no idea if it has English equivalent but makes it better than Miles (Miłosz) for me xD (not that I will ever watch it from season 3 as Boyd and Erica died and they were my favs). (Googled) Nope, there is no similar name.
