Re: Break it down to the bones
(Anonymous) 2017-02-22 01:19 am (UTC)(link)Fandom One
-Person A and Person B have to pretend to be married and deal with the fact that they've fallen in love without realizing it
-Person A makes an unconventional marriage proposal to Person B for non-romantic companionship but actually they've fallen in love
Fandom Two
-Person A sees Person B exercising and is driven mad with lust by their body and they fuck
-Person A and Person B slowly fall into an actual, functional relationship without meaning to, and are unexpectedly happy with it
-Person B pretends to hate and be annoyed with Person A while actually they slowly circle around each other falling in love (actually I have about 5 stories bookmarked that fit into this category with this ship)
Fandom Three
-Person A and Person B are clearly into each other and trying to work out a functional loving romantic relationship despite their individual issues and insecurities

(Anonymous) 2017-02-22 07:12 am (UTC)(link)The only one of these that actually sounds Sherlockian is "Person A makes an unconventional marriage proposal to Person B for non-romantic companionship but actually they've fallen in love." That is absolutely something fanon Sherlock would do.
