People who have no problem wishing/encouraging suicide in others and generally treating human life like a fucking game because the person on the other side doesn't impact them or cause immediate consequences for them.

Even worse- when they brag about it and act like it makes them clever or stronger than someone else. Yeah being the straw that broke the camel's back for another suffering person because you were bored isn't strength. It's pure cruel idiocy.
