He doesn't look that different from his appearance in the first game though - a little thinner and younger but I think thats cause they came up with the "he was a 15 year old boy who was sacrificed" backstory and realized his original design looked too old. (That's probably why they changed the VA too.)

(Also I don't mind the new voice I think they both work fine that is my Ultimate Unpopular Dishonored Opinion)

The hairline/style and nose at the very least are way, way different.

The hairline is different (but his stupid choppy short bangs in the first game were the worst so I don't mind) and his nose is slightly more pointed/thinner in the nostrils, but still bears a resemblance to his original concept art, what with the slight aquiline bump http://geek-freak.ru/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/outsider-770x433.png

I don't think it looks like the original concept art at all anymore. Especially the chin is far too long. It looks like the Penguin on Gotham, which means it looks like the VA.

And sure, the choppy hairstyle isn't everyone's taste, but how on earth is "Justin Bieber caught in the rain" in any way shape or form a better choice?

I don't actually think he looks any younger and just because the voice is more nasal now doesn't mean it fits better.
And quite honestly? I wouldn't even care if they changed the VA to a different one if the new one did a good job. But I hate the actor, I think he did a terrible job and he was only chosen to get some publicity by making The Penguin from Gotham play a role in the game.

I don't think he looks that different than he did before, honestly--just a little thinner boned. I think Robin Lord Taylor coincidentally already looked quite like him. I did miss the old voice actor just because it was what I was used to, but I like the new voice too.

(also, I still think the Outsider is kinda hot...)
