Okay so OP is a wholly unprejudiced person who just happens to innocently dislike the way black people sound? That's your line of argument here?

1. Nobody is wholly unprejudiced. That doesn't make everyone *racist*.
2. You're the one expanding this out to "black people." The rest f us were talking g about black rappers.

Yeah I was trying to move away from 'racism' and towards 'prejudice' specifically because it's much more unconscious and more relevant to this situation. But it does seem hard to figure how this would have no relation to prejudice of some kind.

Sure, that's an option, but I've always found rap to be a more message-heavy genre than say, pop.
