Re: Disney's First Gay Character

Yeah, exactly, plus Lefou is also a villain. He's a little creep. I can get that he's gay for Gaston, that feels totally in sync with the original movie. But unless he's reworked into a more sympathetic, likable character and gets with another dude at the end, I'm not sure why I should be excited about them making him actually gay for Gaston. Honestly, it feels like the whole thing is just comic relief, like "lol look at the creepy sidekick being gay for Gaston! so hilarious!"
