1) No. Ew.
2) No, mostly because my brother's taste in women is terrible (and their taste in men is, too. :p). I get along well enough with my niece's mom, but not THAT well.
3) A cousin's ex, sure.
4) Have done. Wouldn't get upset if one of my friends dated one of my exes, either.
5) Eh, I wouldn't say no a priori, but I don't forsee getting along with someone who would date someone I'd count as an actual enemy.
